The weather called for a complete downpour on Kristyn and Oscar’s wedding day, but thankfully Mother Nature changed her mind. Their celebration at Mankin Mansion was everything you could have asked for; full of love, laughter, and sunshine. I’m so glad that I could celebrate with this incredible group of people.

Wedding Day Content Creation

Kristyn was initially considering hiring a videographer for her wedding day, but didn’t feel that they would really make use of the final product. She talked to her friend Jenna who was also planning a wedding, and Jenna recommended Content by Liz as an affordable video alternative. This way Kristyn could still have the most important parts of then day captured without having to commit to a full cinema-style wedding video. In the end, not only did Jenna and Kristyn book me for their wedding days, but another one of their friends Sarah did too! It was absolutely incredible getting to spend multiple wedding days with these incredible women and their group of friends.

Mankin Mansion Wedding Day

Kristyn and Oscar’s wedding was truly so much fun. From their 25-person wedding party to the incredible vendor team, everyone spent the day laughing and giving 100% effort to make sure that the day went off without a hitch. The garden ceremony was full of laughter and tears, with a family member even live-streaming to Oscar’s relatives in the UK who couldn’t make it in person. Everyone then joined cocktail hour under the striped umbrellas, soaking up the beautiful weather and enjoying cocktails and cigars.

Before welcoming their guests into the reception tent, Oscar and Kristyn surprised guests with their first dance out on the patio. It was a beautiful moment that really helped ease the transition from one space into the next. And after a delicious dinner, ROL Weddings kicked off the dance floor which was absolutely packed all night. Guests enjoyed delicious cupcakes from Ukrops and a cigar bar under the stars, before capping off the night with a bubble exit.
